Over the past decade+, I have been a strategic GTM leader- for Vivint, Qualtrics, Workato, and now Zonos. I currently lead Sales, CS, Operations, and Marketing. Key experiences I bring to any challenge: -Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy & execution in high-growth companies -How to take a company public & the day-to-day nuances of operating in a public environment -Strategic partnership with CEO to deliver against targets -Forecasting methodology, annual quota planning & distribution, reporting revenue metrics to the BoD -Sales/Marketing/CS/Ecosystem leadership, initiatives & analytics -Driving operational efficiency & pipeline generation/coordination Accomplishments: -Recognized as one of Utah’s 2020 Business Executive 40-under-40: I am honored that others see what I have accomplished so far and believe the best is yet to come. -Awarded 2019 Qualtrics People Leader of the Year: I was inspired early by Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends & Influence People”, in particular the emphasis that you have to genuinely care. This award was evidence I am growing into the type of leader I strive to be. -Former All-American Division-1 Baseball Player & Captain: I’m intensely competitive and motivated by a desire to win as a unit. To accomplish great things in anything, it takes leaders who get contributions from the whole roster.
