Andrew Davies serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Paddle, where he helps lead the company’s mission to provide complete payments infrastructure for over 5,000 software companies. Paddle has been ranked in the Deloitte Tech Fast50 for five consecutive years, raised over $295 million in funding, acquired ProfitWell, and continues to scale rapidly.

Previously, Andrew was Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Optimizely (formerly Episerver) following its acquisition of Idio. In that role, he led global strategy and execution across Demand Generation, Brand, Digital, ABM, and Content. Optimizely serves 8,000 customers and is recognized by analysts such as Gartner and Forrester as a leader in the Digital Experience Platform category. During his tenure, the company integrated five acquisitions, completed a full rebrand, and achieved significant growth in both pipeline and sales.

Before that, he co-founded Idio, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and also led people operations. He helped build the company from the ground up into a market leader in B2B personalization, with a talented team based in New York, San Francisco, and London. Idio’s enterprise clients included Pegasystems, BNY Mellon, Fitch Group, and Pure Storage. The company raised over $13 million from institutional investors like Notion Capital, alongside a group of angel investors.
